In the context of large-scale implementation of energy storage, safety of energy storage has become the core concern of the industry. Our company has optimized the safety design of energy storage battery packs from four aspects: cell screening, structural insulation, BMS (Battery Management System) warning, and system fire protection. We have strictly carried out multiple safety tests and provided high-safety-grade lithium iron phosphate energy storage solutions for both domestic and overseas energy storage projects.

During the development stage of our energy storage PACK, we have always adhered to the principle of prioritizing safety: We selected high-stability lithium iron phosphate cells, added insulation and pressure relief structures inside the battery pack, and the BMS collected real-time voltage and temperature data to achieve multi-level warnings; the system solution was equipped with thermal management strategies, which could match air-cooling or liquid-cooling schemes according to the project scenario. All products underwent safety verification such as extrusion, puncture, and thermal chamber tests.

All energy storage battery packs are fully inspected before leaving the factory, and at the same time, we provide customers with safety instructions, operation and maintenance guidelines, and suggestions for fire protection. Whether it is for residential storage, industrial and commercial energy storage, or off-grid microgrid projects, we insist on prioritizing safety design. With reliable energy storage products, we eliminate the concerns of project owners and promote the high-quality development of the energy storage industry.
