In the liquid cooling solution, the liquid cooling unit provides a cold source, accounting for 57% of the value, and is the link with high technical accumulation requirements in the entire wave cooling system: followed by the liquid cooling plate, accounting for about 16.4% of the cost; the coolant accounts for less than 5%.

 

The liquid cooling system has high heat dissipation efficiency and small temperature difference between batteries, which can improve battery life and economic efficiency throughout the life cycle. According to different contact methods, liquid cooling can be divided into direct contact and indirect contact.

The most common indirect contact liquid cooling technology is cold plate liquid cooling, and immersion liquid cooling thermal management technology is the most common direct contact technology.

Cold plate coolant: It uses the method of direct contact between the cold plate and the equipment to dissipate heat, effectively reducing the temperature of the equipment. It has excellent heat dissipation performance and compact structural design, can achieve efficient heat dissipation effect in a limited space, and provide reliable cooling guarantee for the equipment.

Immersed cooling quilt: The fully immersed cooling method is adopted to completely immerse the cooling quilt in the equipment to achieve a comprehensive heat dissipation effect. It can not only effectively reduce the operating temperature of the equipment, but also extend the service life of the equipment and improve the stability and reliability of the equipment.
